Landing page for a private beauty salon. The editorial, photo-driven layout conveys the salon's atmosphere while a 24/7 chat UI handles common questions about hours, pricing, and access. The conversation flow seamlessly transitions from inquiry to a lead capture form for booking requests.

Challenge

Private salons struggle to handle inquiries outside business hours, losing potential clients. First-time visitors also face a high barrier because they can't sense the salon's atmosphere.

Solution

Built an editorial layout with large photos to communicate the brand world, combined with a chat UI that auto-responds to frequently asked questions (hours, pricing, access). Designed a seamless flow from chat conversation to a lead capture form for booking requests.
